VISITNUSA is not responsible for operational decisions, safety management, attraction policies, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Customers are required to provide accurate personal information during booking, including contact details, participant count, pickup location, and any required identification. Errors or incomplete information may result in delays, booking rejection, or missed service without eligibility for refunds. VISITNUSA reserves the right to reject bookings for safety reasons, inappropriate behavior, suspected fraud, incomplete payment, or breach of any terms in this document.

VISITNUSA does not guarantee that all information, prices, schedules, or availability displayed on the website will remain accurate at all times. VISITNUSA reserves the right to remove customers from an activity if their behavior threatens safety, disrupts the group, violates local laws, or affects the execution of the experience. In such cases, no refund will be given.

VISITNUSA is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or delays resulting from natural disasters, transportation issues, accidents, illness, force majeure, government actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability for any claim related to booked services shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific booking.

This Data Processing Agreement establishes the terms under which VISITNUSA processes personal data on behalf of users in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. By using our website or booking services, users authorize VISITNUSA to collect, store, process, and transmit personal data strictly for operational purposes related to booking and delivering travel services.

VISITNUSA processes data solely for the purposes of booking management, service delivery, communication, regulatory compliance, marketing (with prior consent), security monitoring, and internal analytics. Personal data will not be used beyond these purposes. VISITNUSA implements technical and organizational measures to protect data, including secure servers, encrypted communication channels, controlled access, and periodic audits.

05

BOOKING POLICY

This Booking Policy defines the rules and procedures applied to all reservations made through VISITNUSA. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email or voucher has been issued. Customers are responsible for reviewing booking details, ensuring accuracy, and informing us immediately of any errors.

Bookings must include valid contact information that allows our team to reach customers for pickup arrangements or operational changes. If a customer cannot be reached before the tour begins, VISITNUSA cannot be held responsible for missed pickups. Customers must be ready at the pickup location at least ten minutes before the scheduled time. Drivers are required to wait a maximum of fifteen minutes unless otherwise stated.

Prices listed on the website are calculated per group or per person depending on the product. Prices may vary based on seasonality, attraction fees, operational costs, or supplier adjustments. Some packages include attraction tickets, while others exclude them; this will be clearly stated in the booking description. Customers are responsible for reviewing the inclusions and exclusions of each product prior to making payment.

Certain tours require passport information or ticket pre-registration according to attraction regulations. VISITNUSA may request this information in advance. Failure to provide the required data may result in canceled tickets or denied entry. VISITNUSA is not responsible for losses due to failure to comply with attraction requirements.

For bookings involving sunrise tours, temple access, or timed tickets, strict scheduling is required. Late arrivals will forfeit the booking with no refund. For group tours, customers must follow the scheduled itinerary to avoid disruption to other participants.

All bookings are subject to availability. If a booking cannot be processed due to fully booked capacity or operational issues, VISITNUSA will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund.

06

CANCELLATION RULES

Cancellations must be submitted directly to VISITNUSA through the official communication channels listed on our website. A full refund is available for cancellations made at least forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled start time of the activity. Cancellations submitted within forty-eight hours of the start time are not eligible for refunds. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

In situations where VISITNUSA or the service provider must cancel the tour due to weather conditions, operational issues, safety concerns, or force majeure events, a full refund will be issued. VISITNUSA will not compensate customers for additional costs such as transportation, hotel stays, or personal expenses caused by tour cancellations.

Certain activities such as Borobudur Temple access, Prambanan Temple entrance, or governmental attractions operate under strict ticketing rules. Tickets issued under these systems may be non-refundable and non-transferable. Customers will be notified if a specific attraction enforces a non-refundable policy.

Requests for date changes are subject to availability and must be submitted at least forty-eight hours before the activity start time. Date changes requested within the last forty-eight hours may not be approved. VISITNUSA reserves the right to decline any schedule modification due to limited capacity or ticketing restrictions.

07

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all bookings made through VISITNUSA. By submitting a booking on our website, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. Refund eligibility is determined based on the cancellation timeframe, supplier conditions, payment method, and operational feasibility. All refund requests must be submitted directly to VISITNUSA through our official contact channels.

Customers are entitled to a full refund if a cancellation request is received at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start of the activity. Refunds are not eligible for cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time or for customers who fail to appear at the meeting point or hotel pickup location at the designated time. In the case of a no-show, the booking will be considered used, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds may be granted in full if VISITNUSA is required to cancel the activity due to safety concerns, severe weather conditions, official restrictions, force majeure, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When cancellation is initiated by VISITNUSA, the total amount paid will be returned without penalties. Refunds caused by third-party attraction closures such as temples, parks, or museums will be assessed based on the policies of the respective attraction authorities.

All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during booking. Refunds processed via credit card, PayPal, and e-wallets may be subject to deductions imposed by financial institutions or payment gateways. VISITNUSA is not responsible for charges applied by banks, currency conversion fees, or delays caused by third-party payment processors. Refunds processed to Indonesian bank accounts are generally completed within seven working days, while international refunds may require up to fourteen working days depending on the customer’s bank.

Refund processing may require verification of the customer’s identity to prevent fraud and ensure transaction security. Customers must provide accurate booking details, proof of payment, and identification upon request. Failure to comply with verification procedures may result in delays. VISITNUSA reserves the right to decline refunds arising from miscommunication, incorrect personal information, or errors originating from the customer’s side.

This Refund Policy may be updated as necessary to ensure alignment with operational standards, local regulations, and partner requirements. Any future updates will apply to all bookings made after the revised policy is published.
